Tanyan is a dynamic leader, program manager, and consultant with multi-sector experience. Tanyan specializes in large complex programs and organizational change initiatives, with an emphasis on developing strategic project plans for clients to meet the needs of their immediate and long-term goals. Tanyan has extensive experience leading and supporting large capital relocation, transformation, and renovation programs for some of the largest municipal governments and private sector organizations in the country; ensuring that all stakeholders of a program are proactively engaged and communicated throughout the program, reducing risk and potential for rework. Tanyan leads all of our program delivery at Athenian, and as such, brings a wealth of experience from across sectors to best support this initiative.

Athenian Group was selected as Program Manager to oversee the relocation of all Fort Worth government departments into a new 20-story centralized city hall and lead the construction of a state-of-the-art city council chamber.
