Overview
Seattle’s vision to create a cohesive Downtown Civic Campus required extensive planning and execution across 30 projects. Athenian Group developed the multi-year tenant improvement plan and led implementation while coordinating with 15+ departments.
Challenge
The city faced a fragmented municipal presence with expiring leases and outdated facilities. A cohesive campus strategy was needed to improve service delivery and space efficiency.
AG Approach
Athenian coordinated all design and construction phases across the portfolio, developed a phased implementation plan, and ensured each department’s needs were met. We oversaw sub-contractors and created alignment between elected officials, city staff, and planners.
Outcome
The City of Seattle is now executing a unified campus strategy with enhanced civic access and future-ready municipal spaces. AG’s leadership enabled efficient planning and seamless coordination.
