Challenge
The central challenge was that the acquisition spanned three different countries. Our team worked to seamlessly bridge the language and cultural divide and ensure a smooth transition. The pandemic and global supply chain shortages also presented procurement challenges. However, with careful planning our team worked around these challenges to give Dresser a sustainable solution.

AG's IT integration plan included a diligent inventory of all operating systems, a careful assessment of each branch of the company’s needs, and finally, a meticulously mapped out integrations management plan, which paved the way for more efficient internal operations.
Outcome
AG's engagement with Dresser provided streamlined IT integration in three different countries. Since the merger, revenue has been above goal and is projected to stay as such in the foreseeable future. Additionally, efficiency of process has yielded a need for ten less FTE in allowance with the sustainable solutions provided by Athenian.
